[Features-Request] Add support for VSCode Web (Codespace and others)

I know this extension need the locally installed .Net SDKs to function. But, if possible, add a basic build-in functionally (without ref to installed sdks) for Syntax Highlighting, Go to Definition, Find All References, etc that will be used when the extension doesn't find any installed SDKs or in VSCode Web (and enable it to install in web)
