Integrating .NET Core Debugger in other extensions

Would it be possible for another extension to provide the ability to download and setup the .NET Core Debugger? For example, it would beneficial to users to be able to download and setup the .NET Core Debugger with the Ionide F# extension so that they would not need to install the C# extension just for the debugger. Would this be a scenario you would consider helping unblock?
