**Describe the bug**
#i Can't access private nuget feed
**To Reproduce**
From notebooks reference private Nuget feed #i "nuget:path"
Error is shown 401 if it's azure dev ops feed, 404 when trying to connect to feed in azure storage.
Once access to feed change to public all works fine.
**Expected behavior**
Ability to pass a cridentials or access feed that Synapse workspase already had access to
