[Poison] All poison leaks are detected as AssemblyAttribute

Description
The poison report is currently not detecting any leaks with `Type` being `Hash` or `PackageMarker`. In addition, we are seeing some duplicate entries. My theory is that detections are being short-circuited to the first detection type found, which accounts for the both the type and duplicate issues.
