### Describe the bug
In https://github.com/dotnet/sdk/pull/49740 the compose store tests failed in a few circumstances that we were not able to reproduce. Since compose store is not a mainline feature and we need the unblock flow, we are skipping those tests. This issue is a marker to come back and reenable the following tests:
* Microsoft.NET.Publish.Tests.GivenThatWeWantToStoreAProjectWithDependencies.compose_multifile
* Microsoft.NET.Publish.Tests.GivenThatWeWantToStoreAProjectWithDependencies.compose_dependencies_noopt
* Microsoft.NET.Publish.Tests.GivenThatWeWantToStoreAProjectWithDependencies.compose_dependencies
