dotnet format performs a style-breaking codefix for IDE0305

### Describe the bug
`dotnet format` implements a different fix than the CodeFixer for [IDE0305 Use collection expression for fluent](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/fundamentals/code-analysis/style-rules/ide0305), messing up style.

### To Reproduce
#### Before
```cs
public class Minimal
{
public List Example()
{
int[] values = [1, 2];
return values
.ToList();
}
}
```
#### Command run
```console
dotnet format --diagnostics IDE0305
```

#### Expected (i.e. the fix implemented by VS 2022)
```cs
public class Minimal
{
public List Example()
{
int[] values = [1, 2];
return [.. values];
}
}
```

#### Actual (i.e. the fix implemented by `dotnet format`)
```cs
public class Minimal
{
public List Example()
{
int[] values = [1, 2];
return [.. values
];
}
}
```

You can clearly see that the closing bracket is misplaced.
