Description

### Description

Many steps were taken to test mirroring have failed. Resetting router, network adapters, restarting, rolling back to prior checkpoint on both computers have all failed. This has a dramatic impact on my work environment where I rely on my Surface Studio for visual enhancement due to sight limitations with size of screen and font on laptop. INC45013320: internal ticket number for your reference.

Also installed was: 2026-03 Security Update (Hotpatch capable) (KB5079420) (26200.7979)

### Reproduction Steps

After security updates were installed, Windows Wireless Desktop mirroring stopped working.

### Expected behavior

Mirroring between the Surface Studio and Surface Biz 6 laptop had previously cast from the laptop to the Studio successfully.

### Actual behavior

Surface Laptop Business 6 cannot locate Surface Studio 2 from cast window.
