Description
I was checking out the releases here and noticed two issues:
- The releases are outdated. Latest stable reported here is 4.0.1 when it's actually 4.13.0 - 4.14.0, and prerelease is reported as 4.2.0 when at this point I believe we've already reached 5.0.0.
- The releases here seem to be stripped of ``src/LanguageServer`` and ``src/RoslynAnalysers``? I've downloaded mutiple and confirmed the same is true for all of them, or at least most of them for that matter. At least the ones shown when you go on this repository and then to the releases tab.

Research direction
Reproduce the report from the repository's Releases tab by checking the displayed stable and prerelease versions and downloading several release archives. Inspect whether src/LanguageServer and src/RoslynAnalysers are present, then trace the release or packaging entry point that produces those archives. Done means the release versions are current and the expected directories are included.
