LSP misc-files: bad suggestions are made in context of naming a code element

Description
Essentially when I am in context of typing `class $$`, I am not expecting typing a word and hitting enter (e.g. to type an open brace on the next line) to commit a completion item. I am trying to name the class a new name that isn't in the file right now.
