I've leveraged the '_sync namespaces_' tool many times from the right-click context menu, but it being limited to project or solution level use it can bloat the intended scope of changes and increase the PR size, etc.
The desire behavior would be to limit the impact to a specific folder (or selected set of folders) and only perform the alignment to those files selected (and then the cascading impact accordingly which the tool handles).
