## Summary
The appearance of separators in property menus is inconsistent.
1. Some properties show no separators at all
2. When they are displayed, one separator is thicker than the other.
Note that this recording also demonstrates #8200.
## Expected Behavior
Separators are always shown, and both the top and bottom look identical.
