Advanced Mode for Project Properties UI

Now that we have made it so easy to add properties to the UI, I expect we will see more and more over time.

This is both good for the user, in that it helps surface new capabilities of the ecosystem. At the same time it creates visual clutter and the potential for confusion.

One strategy to deal with this would be to use the "advanced mode" we had previously discussed, so that certain properties are only displayed if the user opts in to seeing them.

Advanced properties would still be present in search results even when advanced mode is disabled.

This would mean we could revert #7509 and keep properties in the section that best applies to them.
