Description

Legacy's "References" node has an "Add Analyzer..." context menu item:

This launches a Reference Manager-esque dialog:

We should give this some thought, as we might not want to do exactly/only what legacy does. For example, we might also also like an item such as "Add Recommended Analyzers" which takes the user to the "Code Analysis" project property page:
