[Proposal] Performance triage improvements

## Description

Here are some ideas that we collected during this release cycle. Let's first discuss them and then work on implementation plan:

- [ ] Sort regressions in autofilling issues based on performance difference and count
- [ ] Update autofilling WASM size-related regressions to present overall size difference
- [ ] Update the existing "per-preview" dashboard to comparing two commits
- [x] Report/link the same regressions in different configurations

- [ ] Introduce microbenchmarks for mobile platforms (Apple/Android)
- [x] Enable iOS MAUI size measurements
- [ ] Present CoreCLR and Mono performance together to identify missing optimizations and implementation gaps
