Pipeline support for new iOS benchmarks

Scenarios + Work:
- [ ] BDN benchmarking app - Is this expected for iOS?

- [ ] Get the basic script for local proof of concept working
- [ ] Integrate basic script into the performance runner.py with additional functionality/setup stuff
- [ ] Setup output parsing and passing into the report generator
- [ ] Flow the data into the table storage and setup PowerBI/Dashboards
- [ ] Battery Consumption
- [ ] Figure out best approach for "disconnecting" android devices will still being able to communicate (Being tracked here: https://github.com/dotnet/performance/issues/2834)
