Proposal: Rename "Test Quality" to "Test Variability" on autofilled issues

Auto-filled issues have a "Test Quality" field in the table for different benchmarks, but its not obvious from the name what quality is being measured. More over, higher numbers actually indicate higher variability (and thus lower quality). I suggest renaming this, maybe to "Test Variability" or something else? It might also be good to indicate somehow that the range is between 0 and 1.
