Generate comparison report for Arm64

The Mono team is looking into improving the performance on Arm64. We'd like to have the following to comparison reports to help us find/prioritize existing performance issues
- Mono LLVM-AOT on arm64 vs Mono LLVM-AOT on intel x64
- Mono LLVM-AOT on arm64 vs CoreCLR on arm64

My impression is that we've already been running Mono LLVM-AOT on arm64 and all the other scenarios in the lab. All we need to do is to put the data together side by side.
