Razor build server (process 53113) failed to shut down: The shutdown command failed

I am facing error while running one of microbenchmark.

Used command:
sudo python3 ./scripts/benchmarks_ci.py -c Release -f netcoreapp5.0 --filter '*Perf_XmlNode*' --bdn-artifacts /home/amd/manoj

Error:
