Description
AWS SDK v4 has been [in general availability](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/developer/general-availability-of-aws-sdk-for-net-v4-0/) for a few months now. Orleans is preventing us from upgrading.
Is there a timetable for bumping this dependency? Perhaps possible to dual-release?
It does come with breaking changes (what was previously empty collection properties are now `null`).

Research direction
Start by locating Orleans' AWS SDK dependency and reviewing the linked AWS SDK for .NET v4 announcement, especially the breaking change where empty collection properties become null. Check the existing build and test entry points for AWS integrations; done means Orleans can support the v4 dependency without breaking those tests or consumers.
