Client streaming best practices

Hello,
I have blazor server app which uses direct cluster client streming as subscriber. It works pretty good.
Do i have to reuse subscription per streamid (there can be hundreds of subcribers for same streamid)
or is it effectivelly optimized by orleans runtime? What about number of physical connections to cluster?
