the C# build event not run output folder

how ever ,on my Visual Studio the Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 (64 位) - Current 17.9.1
the post build event run in the "Driver:\GIt\{project Name}" not in the "Driver:\GIt\{project Name}\bin\Debug"
the behavior not same with docs https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/ide/how-to-specify-build-events-csharp?view=vs-2022#create-the-build-event-commands
