Description
The doc here doesn't seem to mention item metadata on ProjectReference items:
https://github.com/microsoft/msbuild/blob/master/documentation/ProjectReference-Protocol.md
Would be useful to document things such as `Targets`, `ReferenceOutputAssembly`, `OutputItemType`, `CopyToOutputDirectory` etc.
