`Microsoft.VisualStudio.OpenTelemetry.Collector` and `Microsoft.VisualStudio.OpenTelemetry.ClientExtensions` packages were combined to `Microsoft.VisualStudio.OpenTelemetry` to increase performance, we should adopt that.
