Description
We need to know the baseline impact for common scenarios when using the .NET TaskHost - to do so we should contribute a few specific use cases to the PerfStar test tracking.
Ideally we'd be able to estimate
* the raw and percentage difference between a fully-framework and .NET TaskHost-based build of the same project using the same SDK/MSbuild versions
* the impact to those numbers given a change to SOME_TASK to make it .NET or Framework-based
