Description
### Description
For maps to be useful on Android, it is very important that the map can work offline.
E.g. I can programatically set which area is cached or I can store a part of the map in the device manually and then load it.
Will anything like that be possible?
Scenario: security is going through areas with barely some GPS signal and needs to locate closest security member without the need of download a few MB or maps each time opening the map.
Thank you.
### Public API Changes
I don't have any specific form of the API
I don't know how Google Maps in Android MAUI Maps are controlled programatically in current dev version.
### Intended Use-Case
I can programatically set which area is cached or I can store a part of the map in the device manually and then load it.
Scenario: security member is going through areas with barely some GPS signal and needs to locate closest security member without the need of download a few MB or maps each time opening the map.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the current Android implementation of .NET MAUI Maps and how its Google Maps integration is controlled. Define the supported offline or regional caching behavior and the public API needed before estimating implementation and validation work; the issue provides no file or test entry point.
