[Catalyst] CarouselView item content is clipped in CV1

### Description

On macOS, CarouselView does not render item content correctly when the application window is minimized. CarouselView items (for example, "Item1") appear clipped and only partially visible in CV1.

2. Observe the CarouselView item rendering.
