The images under the I-CollectionView category are not showing up.

The images in the CollectionView category are not displaying
Note not repro on iOS and android platform

Affected case:
ColloectionView I1-I10

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests on windows and deploy to windows machine.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView'
3. Click any I item
4. Observed the image

**Actual Behavior**:
The images in the CollectionView category are not displaying

**Expected Behavior**:
Can see the image like android or iOS platform

No, this is not a regression issue also repro on SDK 9.0.304, Maui version: 9.0.90 & 10.0.0-preview.7.25406.3

Start with the linked VS.TestAssets.Xaml reproduction project, deploy ManualMauiTests on a Windows machine, and navigate to I CollectionView as described. Check the I1-I10 cases and compare Windows with Android or iOS; done means the images display on Windows as they do on the other platforms.
