SK Test Issue [Ignore]

### Description

There is an issue on iOS and Android where the Pickers are just not behaving correctly. When I tell it to do something, it does the opposite.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new MAUI app
2. Add a picker
3. Tell it to do something and notice it does the opposite
