Recipe Demo App launch screen logo doesn't show up.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch to iOS.
2. Observe that the launch screen of the app doesn't have a logo.

**Actual Behavior:**
The logo on the launch screen doesn't show up.

**Expected Behavior:**
The logo on the launch screen should appear.

### Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, the issue also reproduces on 9.0.50 & 9.0.0 & 8.0.100.
