[Windows] The ClearPlaceholderIcon is not displayed in the SearchHandler

On the Windows platform, the ClearPlaceholderIcon is not displayed in the SearchHandler.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample from the repository.
2. Observe that the ClearPlaceholderIcon (bookmark) is not displayed in the SearchHandler.
