### Steps to Reproduce

Create net .NET9 MAUI app from project template and include sample content and run on Android

Version with bug: 9.0.100 received with dotnet workload list (cannot select in versions list)

Dependencies (did not change anything):

Visual Studio 2022 Community Version 17.13.4
