[Testing] Glyph icon AutomationId does not work in Appium automation on WIndows Platform

### Description

Glyph Icon with AutomationId cannot be detected during Appium UI automation testing on the Windows platform, resulting in TimeoutException. This is a platform-specific issue as Glyph icon AutomationId works correctly on Android, iOS, and macOS platforms.
Note: While fixing this issue enable the test case from HostApp: Issue14587.
