[Bug] Our error messages should be localized

### Description

To help our users we should try to localize our errorw and info messages. For that we need to move to use a resx file and use our built in process for localization of those files

### Expected Behavior

Error messages are shown in user's language

### Actual Behavior

Error messages are always shown in English
