TabbedPage example: tab "Two" is blank if you click tab "Four" first?

I'm stumped on this. This may only apply to Android. I'm seeing it in the Android emulator (pixel_5_-api_30) and on a real Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with Android 13. This does not seem to happen on the Windows application, and I am unable to try it on iOS.

If I open and run the TabbedPage example in "6.0\Navigation\TabbedPage", it works as expected if I click the tabs in order ("One" opens by default, then click "Two" -> "Three" -> "Four")

However, if I start it up and click tab "Four" first, tab "Two" is then blank, no matter what tabs I click thereafter.
