doesn't download autoformer_11m_torchsharp.bin

I'm using ML Builder VS2022 latest update!
Operating system Win11
trying to download 2 times judging by the output in the IDE
and at this point the script just stops
\AppData\Local\Temp\mlnet
at the same time it is empty, I downloaded the Russian language from the link in the output, placed it in this folder, restarted the IDE..... training started), 5 datapack epochs ~60 total objects 2124 annotated, the model was trained at 0.000000 :D
