Description
Hello to the Team that works on ML Model Builder Extension
Why are you treating VB.NET Developers like 2nd class citizens ?
Do you think that VB.NET Developers are not smart enough to work on ML Tasks ?
I watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBSvp43EQhA and its neat and a well presented example.
I read https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/apps/ai/ml-dotnet/model-builder and want to use Model Builder from a VB.NET Project, not because I don't know C# but because I inherit and maintain large VB.NET projects and the organization that owns the code *chooses* to stay on VB.NET with no plans to change.
Personally I don't like case sensitive languages and the appearance of curly braces, so I prefer VB.NET and Python as well. Maybe because I have been programming "BASIC" since I was 12 on a Commodore 64.
What happened to Microsofts commitment that all CLR languages are equal ? (They are not and I do not want to start a pointless VB.NET vs C# discussion here)
Will you consider enabling ML Model Builder Extension to support VB.NET projects ?
Best Regards
Quote from your Website above
```
Works with any .NET app
ML.NET is compliant with [.NET Standard]—a formal specification of .NET APIs that are common across .NET implementations. This means you can use ML.NET anywhere you write .NET code.
ML.NET Model Builder can be used with any .NET app you develop in Visual Studio.
