Data does not load : Index was outside the bounds of the array

- Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Version 17.12.5

- Error in Data Step. Loading the Data csv file
- Clear description of the problem:

_**To Reproduce**_
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Scenario: value prediction
Environment: local cpu
Data:
1. Click on 'Browse'
2. Select file
3. See error '_Index was outside the bounds of the array_'
**Expected behavior**
Load data and if row is not ok report rownumber or row contents and continue
