The version number is incorrect on the "Extension Manager" window.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Install the "Microsoft.ML.ModelBuilder.Gallery.Dev17.vsix" extension.
2. Open VS and go to "Extension Manager" window.
3. Click on "Installed" tab and click on "ML.NET Model Builder 2022".
4. Check the version number.
**Expected behavior**
The version number should be "17.19.2.2511202".
