ML.NET Model Builder does not appear in options when adding an element to the project

- Model Builder or CLI Version: Model Builder 2022 17.19.1.2460201
- Visual Studio Version (if applicable): Visual Studio 2022 17.12.3

**Describe the bug**

- Clear description of the problem: The extension is installed but the option does not appear.
When I try to install the extension it gives me an error indicating that it is already installed and it appears in the list of extensions.
