No Machine Learning Model available

- Model Builder or CLI Version: 22 (the newest)
- Visual Studio Version (if applicable): 22 (the newest)

**Describe the bug**
- On which page of the tutorial did you run into an issue (URL): https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ml-dotnet/get-started-tutorial/create
- Clear description of the problem: It says to add a Machine Learning Model but this option is nowhere to be found in my VS

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. press add
2. Select ML.NET
3. there it is. No Machine Learning Model

**Expected behavior**
The tutoral stated there would be one

I'm new to C# so I have little to no knowledge about VS, but at least this little thing should work :/
