Description

**System Information (please complete the following information):**
- Model Builder or CLI Version: 10.0.22621.2506 (product version of cmd.exe/Command Prompt)
- Visual Studio Version (if applicable): Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Current Version 17.9.3

**Describe the bug**
- On which page of the tutorial did you run into an issue (URL): https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ml-dotnet/get-started-tutorial/create
- Clear description of the problem: "Machine Learning Model (ML.NET)" does not appear in the new item list or is not created by Visual Studio for the Console App, when I follow the path:
right click on Console App > Add > Machine Learning Model.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: previous explanation ↑

**Expected behavior**
To see "Machine Learning Model (ML.NET)" item on the list.

**Additional context**
When I try to re-install the ML.NET Model Builder 2022, it says this.

But when I go to extension list it does not show up there.
