terrible experience with keyboard shortcuts/hotkey (ie no mouse/pointer)

I'm always frustrated when I have NO ALT+_ functionality, and VERY LITTLE visual feedback on WHERE the cursor "is" (dunno how the ui is build in this thing, so it might be VS "proper"s fault, but aside from the huge buttons blue surroundings, and the "input" controls there's a LOT of TABBING in the dark, to get where you're going in the ML config UI

dotted outlines around things is the most common UI experience I've seen, but at the VERY least it ouwld be nice to see some _U_nderlined letters that responded to ALT_U_ focus pulls
