**Describe the bug**
- On which page of the tutorial did you run into an issue (URL): https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ml-dotnet/get-started-tutorial/install
- Clear description of the problem: I followed the instructions and the Installation was succesful. Then everytime i tried to use 'mlnet' command or '~/.dotnet/tools/mlnet' I get segmenation fault.
