Generate Project Context for FSI

This one is different from the "send reference to FSI" and old VFPT feature.

Ultimately, what someone wants when scripting against their project is to say, "Give me the full context of my project(s)". It's a tall order, but I think it's essential for scripting in an IDE. We should have lots of things in place to enable something like this now. "Just" need to do all the hard work 🙂
