Description

In the screenshot below, `requires reference type and reference type` does not say anything about which type parameters have which constraints. This is a trivial example, of course, but I've come across examples where I have no idea which type parameters have which constraints. I suggest that the name of the type parameter is always displayed in the tooltip.
