Description
Using `FSharp.Control.TaskSeq` gives different results in release and debug. I initially created a report in TaskSeq repository, but now I think it is a compiler issue, since the same library version works fine with older .NET SDK (for example 10.0.203)

Issue reproduces in the 11.0.0-rc.1 and 10.0.400 sdks.
