VS Editor, usability issue with tooltips disapearing too quick in VS2026.

I noticed that in VS2026, the tooltips are slightly farther away, with slightly more transparent padding and there is practically no delay for them to disappear when moving the pointer.

This makes some of the tooltips unable to be used to browse by clicking on a type name for example; this is especially true for tooltips that take only one line (for example, the case of a DU member, containing values; difficult to browse from them).

None of this occurs in VS2022.
