It would be nice to get a new version flowed in that contains a couple of the source-build fixes:

* https://github.com/dotnet/format/pull/1444
* https://github.com/dotnet/format/pull/1436

I see there is a darc subscription for this flow. Not sure why newer builds are not flowing.
