Description
The evaluation library currently has support for displaying evaluation reports within a dedicated tab in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines ([code here](https://github.com/dotnet/extensions/tree/main/src/Libraries/Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Evaluation.Reporting/TypeScript/azure-devops-report)).
This issue tracks exploring similar functionality within CI/CD pipelines that are authored using the GitHub Actions platform.
