Entity Framework 6 Database migrations (Code First) failing when we switch to Entra Auth from Sql Auth

We get following error when we switch to Entra auth by removing username and password.

Rest of the programmatic flows work as expected with access token, only Ef6 based database migrations fail.
Also, they start working as soon as we switch back sql auth based connection.

EF Version : 6.5.1
